Context
Tab For You is a platform that answers healthcare-related questions.
It conducts data searches within healthcare databases, and generates graphs, tables, and numerical data.
I was responsible for the Design of Tab For You.
Phases
As a startup, Precision Data initially launched the "Tab for You" feature with a simple design and basic functionality. Later, the interface underwent a complete revamp, incorporating user feedback to enhance its look and feel.
Phase 1: Basic Chat
The user gives the instructions and the data is generated by the platform, no additional instruction needed.
Design Process
With the prototype completed and launched, and in collaboration with a client, we were able to validate the platform with real users. Many aspects were simply confirmed, demonstrating that our initial hypotheses were correct.
Research Methods
In-depth interviews with stakeholders and customers.
Task analysis of the platforms customers were currently using
Competitor analysis in the public health system database and other conversational AI tools, navigating through the platforms.
Usability tests to test the hypothesis about the initial iterations, assigning specific tasks for the users within the platform.
Phase 2: Improved UI
Expansion of features and new pages with a more refined and modern design.
