Insights
Wildlife’s operations analysts initially developed a process for creating offers that aligned with the technology available at the time. While this approach worked for a while, it quickly became outdated due to its heavily manual nature.
This time-consuming process prevented analysts from experimenting with new offer strategies that could have been more effective and significantly increased profitability. This bottleneck highlighted the need for a more efficient, scalable solution to unlock greater potential.
Design System
The design system was developed by the Wildlife Design team, which was established in January 2020. I joined the team in July 2020 as its third member, contributing to the definition of tokens and elements that played a key role in enhancing various interactions. Below are examples of the tokens and elements.
