Context
Two million temporary visa holders are living in the United States. They are professionals, students, and their families, they might stay for months or years, and they are backed by the company or university they are related to. But even with financial stability, their moving journey can be challenging and lonely
The process
For this project, during 6 months I researched the challenges of documented immigrants in the U.S., professionals, students, and their families. Through interviews, literature reviews, and platform analysis, I uncovered key insights on needs hierarchy, trust gaps, and practical vs. emotional challenges.
These findings shaped my solution, which I refined through user feedback and iterative prototyping to create a more community-driven and engaging platform
